Installation

 

As I stated on the history page (why I wrote it), I'm no big friend of setup programs.
So I decided you should do all the work, for the sake of you having complete control over your harddisk and your Windows StartMenu.

 
Installation
not really too hard...
just copy the runit.exe to a directory of your choice and add a shortcut to your Startup group.

be aware that RUNit will NOT run properly from a read-only medium (CD-ROM, read-only network drive,...).

Uninstall
 

delete the executable RUNit.exe and the RUNit ini-file (usually c:\windows\runit.ini), and remove the shortcut to RUNit from your StartUp group.
